I think that's it (for now)
Phew… unless some game breaking bug shows up now, I’m calling this jam-ready now.
After spending plenty more evenings on visuals, improvements and fixes, there’s nothing left to do that I could still finish until the jam ends, and to be quite honest I also need a break. Coding for work during the day and then for the jam during the evening and weekends doesn’t work for long before it becomes a bit too much 😅
What’s been added with this hopefully final upload is an overview of the two control modes within the settings menu, a proper game end screen, some changes on the easter egg 🐑 and various tiny things that I can’t even remember any more. I also added native builds for Windows and Linux, in case the Web export gives you trouble (hint: the Linux build works great on the Steam Deck 😉)
This was an absolute blast to create! I wish I had have the time still to implement a level generator for an endless mode, but I might just add that after the jam still. We’ll see. For now, enjoy what’s there :) 15 handcrafted levels, cute pixel graphics, and a hopefully very chill puzzle game.
edit Well, ok, I added one minor UX improvement after this 😬
